A Passion to Serve

Passionate about helping others, Brynn Roper often gives up her free time to connect with people, always considering how she could make a positive impact in another’s life. She is also passionate about learning new skills, and is grateful for the opportunities the ProSales program provides, from networking with executives and job interviews, to making lifelong friendships.

At Baylor, Brynn is an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha, Gamma Chi, and Baylor’s Women in Business, a network of strong Christian women striving to grow in business and leadership. She is a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros., where she has learned the value of leading with love and where she seeks to grow connections within the local Waco community.

Outside of school and work, Brynn loves to hike, run, explore new areas, and cook. She has gone swimming with dolphins and cave exploring in Colorado. With her love of trying new things combined with her passion to serve, Brynn is excited to be a servant leader in her future sales roles.
