Helping Others Grow

An avid outdoorsman, Josh Palermo grew up hiking mountains, fishing, and hunting. When he hiked his first fourteener (a mountain peak exceeding 14,000 feet), he did so with his grandparents, who were in their seventies at the time. Proud of this incredible feat, the experience showed him what dedication to a task, working together, and perseverance can accomplish.

At Baylor, Josh is Co-President of the Hankamer Student Organization, Co-VP of Consulting for the American Marketing Association, and a member of the ProSales Diversity Taskforce. In each of these roles, he makes the most of every opportunity to create impact for his community and help others grow. Josh views the ProSales program as providing him further opportunities to invest in others and their professional development. As a result, he has quickly established friendships and is seen as someone his peers can depend on.

Passionate about achieving at a high level while enabling others to reach their full potential, Josh believes that, in order to be a genuine top performer, you must support others in their journey. His favorite part of ProSales is how close each graduating class becomes through the program. He is grateful for an unmatched curriculum that encourages collaboration and establishes a family atmosphere among its faculty and students.
