Student Feature - Whitney Johnson

Championing Diversity

Whitney Johnson transferred to Baylor her sophomore year and quickly became involved in the clubs and activities that would enable her growth as a future business professional. She is currently a leader of the Baylor Women in Business, Hankamer Student Organization, and Transfer Student Mentor Program. She is passionate about workplace diversity and demonstrates this passion by leading the ProSales Task Force on diversity and inclusion. Whitney is dedicated to seeing people grow in their professional development and does this through her participation in mentorship and professional networks.

Over the past two summers, Whitney deepened her business knowledge and professional network while interning at Accenture. She appreciates the dedicated faculty in the ProSales program who pour their hearts into helping students reach their potential and realize their goals. The program itself has taught her the importance of implementing the consistent feedback given by professors, executives and mentors.
