Professional Summary:
Dr. Allen Solenberg is the Deputy Program Director and an Assistant Professor at the MHA/MBA Army Baylor Graduate Program since 2019. He holds a BBA in Healthcare Management and a MBA and earned his PhD in Health Policy and Management from the University of Kansas, School of Medicine. Dr. Solenberg is also a Lt Col in the United States Air Force serving in leadership roles since 2009.
Dr. Solenberg’s dissertation research was on disparities in colorectal cancer screening for people with spinal cord injuries and/or disabilities. Dr. Solenberg is interested in research on healthcare disparities, disabilities, and military healthcare. Dr. Solenberg is a CAHME Fellow and a HFMA Certified Healthcare Financial Professional and currently working on advancing his research for journal publication
