Set up for Success

Having spent 6 years growing up in Doha, Qatar and traveling to over 15 different countries, Victoria Venable has had experiences most others have not. These unique experiences have shaped her into the well-rounded person she is today. Passionate about serving, she has volunteered with several international schools and orphanages as well as hospitals, such as the UTMB Galveston’s Pediatric wing. While at Baylor, she joined Zeta Tau Alpha, participated in Sing and intramural sports, and made the Dean’s List twice.

To accelerate her experience, Victoria signed on an independent sales representative for Rodan and Fields, which has provided great learning experiences. Starting out, she faced rejection and many obstacles. Instead of succumbing to defeat, she implemented the sales techniques she learned in the ProSales classroom. By contacting different student organizations and using her prospecting skills, she accelerated the number of information sessions that she hosted, which boosted her sales volume to create success.

Her outside sales internship at Blend Supply accelerated her knowledge and skill development even more. Through her time in ProSales, Victoria has learned to be self-managed and motivated. Goal-oriented and diligent with her time, Victoria has the confidence to create success.
