Hankamer School of Business Magazine and Podcast Receive International Awards
The international-award-winning Baylor Business Review and the new Hankamer School of Business podcast “Innovative Business” were recognized by the 2023 Communicator Awards.
Baylor Business Review received two awards for excellence, the highest recognition offered, and two for distinction for the fall 2022 issue, “Female Factor.” The awards were in the categories of “Design Features—Copywriting,” “Print Content—Educational Institution,” “Design Features—Overall Design” and “Design Features—Cover Design.” The honors were earned in conjunction with Seedhouse Creative, which provides design and illustrations for the magazine.
“Innovative Business” received an award for excellence in the category “Individual Episodes—Educational Institution.” The podcast, launched in January, highlights top-tier research conducted by faculty and students at the Business School.
“These awards represent the hard work and effort the Office of Communications and Marketing has put in this year,” Sandeep Mazumder, the William E. Crenshaw Endowed Dean of the Business School, said. “I am proud of their accomplishments and thankful for their efforts to promote everything happening at the Hankamer School of Business.”
