About the Center
The McBride Center for International Business was established in 1992 to impact the global marketplace by producing worldwide business leaders representative of Baylor University. Because of the global supply chain and international markets, business students must cultivate cultural awareness, global understanding, and problem-solving strategies required to conduct business across cultures. The McBride Center for International Business meets this need by providing transformational and enriching global experiences for undergraduate and graduate business students. These global engagement experiences include studying abroad with Baylor, studying abroad with Baylor partners, doing business as mission, learning through collaborative online international classroom activities, and working as an international intern. Students can also participate in the Global Business Connect student organization and earn their Global Business Certificate to add to their major.
