The Hankamer School of Business (HSB) hosts several events that advance professional development, cultivate networks and enrich student engagement.

ProSales BBBD Competition

The Center for Professional Selling hosted the first Baylor Business Business Development competition of the school year on Tuesday, Aug. 26. The event is designed to engage students in the pre-call planning and business development steps of the sales process. The finals were held on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

Accounting Major Welcome Back Event

The Department of Accounting and Business Law hosted an event for new and returning majors to meet with professors on Thursday, Aug. 28.

Fall Faculty/Staff Meeting

HSB faculty and staff gathered to learn more about the Business School’s direction under David M. Szymanski, PhD, the William E. Crenshaw Endowed Dean, and to hear updates from senior leadership.

ProSales Professional Development Program

The Center for Professional Selling hosted an event on Sept. 3 to help students prepare for a successful college-to-career transition. This student-run program included a series of events that provided valuable learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
