Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business was included in the U.S. News & World Report list of Top 15 MBA Programs with the Most Employed Graduates for 2025.

The list evaluated Full-Time MBA graduates who found employment within three months after graduating. Baylor ranked sixth on the list at 92 percent, the top Full-Time MBA program in Texas and second highest in the Big 12 Conference.

“The Baylor MBA Program is intentionally structured to prepare students for a successful job search from day one,” said Patsy Norman, PhD, the associate dean for Graduate Programs at the Business School. “Through a combination of in-class activities and extracurricular engagements, students gain valuable exposure to industry leaders and recruiters, building strong networks across a wide range of sectors.”

The MBA Program reached this milestone thanks to a deeply supportive learning environment, Norman said.

“Faculty and staff are committed to helping students build both the technical expertise and interpersonal skills required in today’s dynamic business landscape,” she said. “Additionally, our growing and engaged alumni network plays a vital role by regularly connecting with current students in the classroom and beyond.”

Norman also credited the Career Services team for providing personalized guidance throughout the program. Amine Qourzal, the associate director of Graduate Career Management with the Baylor University Career Center, is one of two professionals dedicated exclusively to graduate business students.

“Our philosophy is simple – train future leaders in the skills they need to succeed and let them rise to the occasion,” Qourzal said. “More than just getting a job, we empower our students to find a fulfilling and rewarding career.”

Baylor MBA graduates are meeting the challenges of today’s business world as leaders, not job seekers, Qourzal said. He sees that Baylor graduates are contributing from day one with excellence and dedication.

“We are proud of the product we produce,” he said. “Especially when employers come back asking for more!”
