Don Carpenter – Collins Outstanding Professor
The Collins Outstanding Professor Award is generously provided by the Carr P. Collins Foundation in order to recognize and honor outstanding teachers at Baylor University. Baylor's current senior class elects the Collins Outstanding Professor for each school year.
Michael Rodriguez – Baylor Fellow
The Baylor Fellows Program recognizes professors across the disciplinary spectrum who exemplify excellence in teaching. Baylor Fellows are committed to pedagogical innovation, inspirational teaching and the cultivation of these among Baylor faculty.
Lotte Bostick and Michael Rodriguez – 2025 McBride Fellows
McBride Fellows are faculty who go above and beyond for the global engagement efforts of our students. Rodriguez is leading multiple study abroad trips – one this summer and one next spring. Bostick is also organizing and leading a study abroad trip this summer, and she also incorporated a COIL project into her class this spring, giving her students an international experience without leaving Waco.
