Management, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation

Magnolia; Waco, Texas

As a project coordinator, I serve as the liaison between the creative team and other parts of our company. My team and I implement necessary structures and systems to help the creative team bring life to the visions of our cross-functional partners. I structure our team’s workflow, manage project timelines and evaluate workloads to support and improve the overall team efficiency. I love my job because I’m able to do what I’m good at and make other people’s lives feel more manageable. I’m excited to help the creative team at Magnolia continue to develop and thrive!
