The conference center spaces (excluding the McClinton Auditorium) require a room diagram to be completed as part of the reservation process. If a resource is unavailable, the requesting party is responsible for coordinating with facility services or third-party vendors to acquire additional resources. See the resource documents below for guidance on furniture/technology available at Foster Campus along with sample room & stage layouts.

Foster Campus does not provide catering services. All groups who use catering are responsible for setup/cleanup of all food, trash, and other items related to the event. If the event requires tablecloths, the requesting party is responsible for coordinating through their selected event caterer.
