Faculty and Staff

Matt Quade has served as the Director of the Center for Christian Leadership and Ethics in HSB since January 2022 and as Associate Dean for Values-Based Leadership since September 2025. Matt began his career at Baylor in the fall of 2014 after earning his PhD from Oklahoma State University. In addition to teaching leadership classes in HSB, his research interests include ethical leadership, servant leadership, bottom-line mentality and pro-adoption workplace policies. Matt and his wife, Jessica, have five children, Noah, Caleb, Joshua, Grace and Lydia.

Mykka Fisher has served as the Director of the Center for Christian Leadership and Ethics since the summer of 2026. Mykka began teaching at Baylor in the fall of 2022 after a successful human resources career working in industry for more than two decades. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a specialty in International Business from Liberty University. Mykka brings a deep commitment to Christian leadership development, student formation and Baylor's Christian mission as well as a wealth of corporate leadership experience. Both proud Baylor Bears, Mykka and her husband, Chris, have two children, Cat and Max.

Caryn Williams has worked as the Events Coordinator in the Center for Christian Leadership and Ethics at Baylor since the fall of 2023. Caryn is a graduate of Baylor University and is passionate about connecting with and encouraging college students. Caryn and her husband, Paul, have four children, Zoe, Daniel, Bella and Piper.
