Applicant Qualifications
To apply to a Baylor Online Graduate Certificate, candidates must meet the these requirements:
- Two years of professional work experience is preferred.
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited US college or university or its equivalent in another country.
Application Requirements
Submit these materials to complete your application:
- Detailed Resume
- Highlight your professional experience and career achievements
- Two letters of Recommendation
- Recommenders should be professional contacts, supervisors, colleagues, or clients who can speak to your talents, work accomplishments, and qualifications. You’ll provide their name, organization, title, and email address in the application.
- Transcripts
- Required only from degree-granting institutions for bachelor's degree and higher.
- Application Fee
- WAIVED for all applicants: $50 application fee
- Optional Personal Statement
- Share your reasons for pursuing the certificate, how it aligns with your professional goals, and any additional information relevant to your success in the program.
Note: GMAT/GRE is NOT required for admission to Graduate Certificate programs.
Note: An interview is NOT required, though the Admissions Committee may schedule one if additional information is needed.

Application Deadline: Submit your application via the Graduate School Application Portal by this date to be considered for your desired term of entry.
Payment Deadline: Students will be billed on the first business day after registering for classes. Payment is due on the last day of the month that you were billed.
International Students
English Language Tests: All foreign national applicants must provide a score from the TOEFL, IELTS or PTE Academic test. Minimum scores are required.
Foreign Transcripts: If you are an international applicant or attended a foreign university, please follow the guidelines for foreign transcripts.
