Program Requirements
- Earn a cumulative 3.4 GPA fall and spring semesters of first year
- All Baylor Business Scholars (BBS) required courses must be completed in residence post-matriculation
- “C” minimum in BBS required courses
- 24 minimum Baylor hours
- All BBS-required courses must be completed by the end of the spring semester
- Global experience before graduation

What Are Cohort Classes?
- Business Scholars have cohort sections of the Business classes in their first year
- 7 of the 9 required classes are cohort classes in their first year
- Reserved sections of classes for Business Scholars only
- Builds community within the Scholars Program
- Scholars get to know each other since they are in classes together
- Study Groups form out of the cohort classes
- Scholars enjoy being in class with students who have similar academic goals
- Special speakers/events just for Scholars
