What is VirtualSpeech?
VirtualSpeech is a professional development platform that blends immersive virtual environments and AI-powered roleplay to develop employable hands-on soft skills—customized to your real-world scenarios. VirtualSpeech provides faculty and staff with an opportunity to contribute to the HSB’s strategic initiatives aligned with “Baylor in Deeds”. Specifically, faculty can use this platform to “develop cutting-edge learning opportunities that provide students a competitive advantage in their chosen professions”.
Create Your Own Roleplays
Our implementation of VirtualSpeech allows us to do much more than deliver out-of-the box content. We’re inviting faculty and staff to:
- Design real-world, discipline-specific roleplay scenarios
- Simulate challenging conversations for student instruction or development
- Prototype interview, pitching, or service interactions
- Build empathy-driven client-facing situations
