2025-26 Accounting Viewbook
It is my joy to welcome you to the 2025–2026 edition of our Baylor Department of Accounting and Business Law Viewbook. As I reflect on my first year as chair, I am deeply grateful for God’s faithfulness and for the remarkable people who make this community so special – our students, faculty, alumni and friends who care deeply about Christ and about one another.
This year’s theme, inspired by Colossians 2:7, celebrates how we are “rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Throughout these articles, you’ll find stories of students and faculty growing in wisdom, serving with excellence and leading with courage. From the creative ways we are weaving artificial intelligence into our curriculum, to the innovative research of our faculty, to the impactful service of our Amsterdam mission trip and the compassion shown through our VITA tax assistance program, each story reflects a commitment to learning and service grounded in Christ.
We are so thankful for you! Your prayers, encouragement and generosity mean more than you know. As you read, I hope you’ll celebrate God’s work here and keep walking alongside us this coming year. Together, we get to watch Him do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine.
