Matt Quade has served as the Director of Christian Leadership and Ethics in HSB since January 2022. Matt began his career at Baylor in the fall of 2014 after earning his PhD from Oklahoma State University. In addition to teaching leadership classes in HSB, his research interests include ethical leadership, servant leadership, bottom-line mentality and pro-adoption workplace policies. Matt and his wife, Jessica, have five children, Noah, Caleb, Joshua, Grace and Lydia.

Caryn Williams has worked as the Events Coordinator in the Christian Leadership and Ethics office at Baylor since the fall of 2023. Caryn is a graduate of Baylor University and is passionate about connecting with and encouraging college students. Caryn and her husband, Paul, have four children, Zoe, Daniel, Bella and Piper.
