Matt Quade has served as the Director of Christian Leadership and Ethics in HSB since January 2022. Matt began his career at Baylor in the fall of 2014 after earning his PhD from Oklahoma State University. In addition to teaching leadership classes in HSB, his research interests include ethical leadership, servant leadership, bottom-line mentality and pro-adoption workplace policies. Matt and his wife, Jessica, have four children, Noah, Caleb, Joshua and Grace.

Sandi Stuit

Sandi Stuit has worked as the Events Coordinator in the Christian Leadership and Ethics office at Baylor since the fall of 2019. Sandi graduated from Central Washington University. She is passionate about connecting with and encouraging Baylor students and loves getting to serve as a host. She has two children, Ryan and Katie.
