Management Consulting

The Management Consulting program offers students a chance to implement the Hankamer School of Business values in and out of the classroom. This focus allows students to live out the mission of the Hankamer School of Business and work towards becoming principled leaders who serve the global marketplace through transformational learning and innovation. MGT3355 Foundations of Consulting & MGT 4355 Management Consulting, foster an environment of applied learning through simulations, case studies, analysis of consulting examples, and real-world projects.

MGT 4355 Management Consulting class at Baylor University provides students with real- world consulting projects. Clients from around the Greater Waco area petition to have their businesses be selected to be a project for the course. The course instructor selects the 10 -12 projects to be part of the class. Students select their project team and project based on the client’s goals and their current skills.  Project teams work with their clients to establish the scope for their projects, determine deliverables, and give recommendations or implement solutions to achieve the client’s goals. MGT 4355 requires an application to be selected and subsequently enrolled, so if interested, please apply using the link below.
