Financing your Executive MBA
Earning a Baylor MBA is a significant investment in your future. There are many ways to finance your EMBA education and we encourage you to investigate them all thoroughly.
Financial Aid
A variety of federal and private student loans are available. The Baylor University Student Financial Services department will work with you to determine your eligibility for grants and loans.
Federal Loan Details
- Domestic students are eligible for up to $20,500 in Direct Loans per academic year.
- You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- The Baylor federal school code is 003545.
Scholarships
The Baylor University Executive MBA Program is committed to helping motivated students find the resources they need to reach their educational goals and realize their dream. Scholarships are awarded $134 per credit hour or approximately $1206 per semester for a total of no more than $6,030.
We offer the following scholarships*:
Affiliate Partner Scholarship
A scholarship may be available to students who qualify for our Affiliate Partner Scholarship program through their company. For more information about our affiliate programs, please email our office.
Baylor Alumni Scholarship
Awarded to Baylor Alumni applicants whose undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) was a 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Dean's Scholarship
Awarded to outstanding applicants based on an undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
International Fellows Scholarship
The International Fellows Scholarship is awarded to students with four years or more of qualifying international experience to include international managerial experience outside the U.S.; management of an international business while being based in the U.S.; or international missionary experience with a management component. An applicant must provide proof of qualifying international experience.
Military Scholarship
Military Scholarships are reserved for students entering the Baylor Executive MBA program who have served in the military, including both active duty and veterans. Military identification or proof of prior service must be presented to qualify. This scholarship may be used in conjunction with any additional GI benefits that are available to you.
*Only one scholarship can be awarded per student. Students will be required to present documentation to support eligibility for the scholarship award. The continuation of any scholarship is contingent upon maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the EMBA program. Baylor employees and anyone eligible for tuition remission are not eligible for a scholarship credit.
Endowed Scholarship - NEW
The Executive MBA program is excited to offer our new students a one-time $2,000 scholarship to be applied to their first term of enrollment. This scholarship can be used in combination with any of our other scholarships (Dean's, Alumni, Affiliate Partner, Military, or International).
Submit this form to apply for the Endowed Scholarship for the Executive MBA program. You will need a BEAR ID (created when you start an application) to access the form. Once your form is received, we will process your request and communicate as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Admitted to the Executive MBA program for Fall 2024 Trimester.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Priority will be given to students in the Healthcare Administration concentration.

Military Students
Application Fee Waiver
In addition to the military scholarship, the Business School waives the $100 application fee for all active duty or veteran military personnel who apply for the Executive MBA program. The fee will be waived automatically when you submit your application.

Baylor VA Education Benefits
The Office of the Registrar Veteran Services Division is ready to assist veterans in obtaining their educational benefits and act as a liaison to the regional VA office to process enrollment certifications.
