- There is a $2,000 non-refundable seat deposit (applied to your tuition) that guarantees your place in the program.
*Including lodging and most meals. Airfare not included. Some concentrations only include two trips.
The official billing invoice for the term will be made available online in the E-Bill system by the 10th of each month and the due dates will always be on the last day of the month. If the payment amount needed is not submitted each month by the last day of the month, a late payment fee of $25 will be added to your bill. Please refer to due dates specific to your classification or program as indicated in the E-Bill System or in notifications from Student Accounts.

Financial Aid Options
A variety of federal and private student loans are available. The Baylor University Student Financial Services department will work with you to determine your eligibility for grants and loans. If you are interested in pursuing federal loan assistance, please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using Baylor’s Federal School Code 003545. Scholarships
We are committed to helping motivated students find the resources they need to reach their educational goals and realize their dream.
We offer the following scholarships*:
Merit Scholarship
Merit Scholarships are awarded to select students based on the strength of their application. All applicants are automatically considered during the admissions review. No separate application is required.
Military Scholarship
Military Scholarships are automatically awarded to military-connected students. Military identification or proof of prior service may be requested to qualify. This scholarship may be used in conjunction with any additional GI benefits that are available to you.
*Only one scholarship can be awarded per student. Students will be required to present documentation to support eligibility for the scholarship award. The continuation of any scholarship is contingent upon maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the Executive MBA program. Baylor employees and anyone eligible for tuition remission are not eligible for a scholarship credit.

Application Fee Waiver
In addition to the military scholarship, the Business School waives the $100 application fee for all active duty or veteran military personnel who apply for the Executive MBA program. The fee will be waived automatically when you submit your application.
