Curriculum

The Baylor MBA in Dallas for Executives and Professionals Program has a comprehensive curriculum designed to expand your strategic vision and leadership skill set. When you earn an MBA degree from Baylor University, an AACSB accredited university with a 175+ year legacy, you’re joining a tight-knit community in a top-ranked program.

Whatever your career aspirations, the Baylor MBA in Dallas for Executives and Professionals program offers a rigorous curriculum which provides the building blocks to achieve your specific goals. Working professional students can customize their learning by pursuing a specific concentration or electing to follow the general program.

Commitment

Classes meet one weekend a month. Friday class times are scheduled to enable you to miss only one half-day of work per month. The program consists of 5 trimesters starting in the Fall for 21 months or in the Spring for 24 months (with one summer off).

  • Friday afternoons: 1:00 - 8:30 pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Flexibility

Our courses are designed to be completed in person. That vital classroom interaction will always be the priority for our program. We understand that unexpected conflicts arise over the program duration. Therefore, we will provide a remote, synchronous option when special conflicts arise so you can continue to engage in our collaborative classroom experience.

Dallas Campus

The Baylor MBA in Dallas for Executives and Professionals Program welcomes students at Baylor University's Dallas campus, the Louise Herrington School of Nursing - Academic Building, located just north of downtown Dallas near Baylor Medical Center. This central location is under 30 minutes from DFW airport and about 17 minutes from Love Field. Our students enjoy free underground parking and 24/7 access to study spaces for individual or group work.

Program Experiences and Trips

The Baylor MBA in Dallas for Executives and Professionals program values experiential learning and provides students with a customized and innovative curriculum that integrates a variety of learning experiences. We firmly believe that your MBA should be an experience that goes well-beyond the classroom so we are taking our students on the road for active learning. We provide two-three different program experiences depending on your degree plan. These include a Residency week in Waco, Texas, a public policy and business trip to Washington, D.C., and a student-selected international trip.
