Financial Aid
Baylor offers online students the same financial aid opportunities offered to campus students. If you are interested in pursuing federal loan assistance, please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using Baylor’s Federal School Code 003545. Please be aware that your financial aid award package may take several weeks to be processed; therefore, filling out the FAFSA at time of application is encouraged.

Scholarships
We are committed to helping motivated students find the resources they need to reach their educational goals and realize their dream. The Online MBA program offers five scholarships, each worth $5,250; however, students are not eligible to receive more than one. If applicable, a scholarship is awarded at the time of admission. If a student is awarded a scholarship, students will receive it as $125 per credit hour enrolled, for a maximum total of $5,250.
Dean’s
Awarded to outstanding applicants based on an undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Baylor Alumni
Awarded to Baylor Alumni applicants whose undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) was a 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
International Fellows
International Fellows Scholarships are awarded to applicants each entering term based on a combination of two requirements: 1. Achievement in undergraduate studies based on a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above on a 4.0 scale and 2. Four or more years of qualifying international experience to include international managerial experience outside the U.S.; or management of an international business while being based in the U.S.; or international missionary experience with a management component. Applicant must provide proof of qualifying international experience. The continuation of the scholarship is contingent upon maintaining an overall GPA of 3.0 in the MBA program.
Military
Military Scholarships are reserved for students entering the Baylor Online MBA program who have served in the military (active duty and veterans). Military identification or proof of prior service must be presented to qualify.
Affiliate Partner
Scholarships may be available to students who qualify through their company. Please check with your Human Resources department to determine eligibility.
Note: Scholarships referenced here do not apply to the business foundation courses (ACC5301, QBA5302, FIN5203, BL5104, ECO5305).

Endowed Scholarship
The Online MBA program is excited to offer our new students one of two scholarships to be applied to their first term of enrollment. This scholarship can be used in combination with any of our other scholarships (Dean's, Alumni, Affiliate Partner, Military, or International).:
- Need Based: $3,567 Scholarship (equivalent to your first course free)
- Non-Need Based: $1,500-$2,000 Scholarship
Minimum Requirements
- Admitted to the Online MBA program
- File the 2024-2025 FAFSA for the need-based scholarship only
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Admitted for Fall A 2024
- 5 years entry-level management experience
