Professional Summary
Dawn Carlson, PhD, has been a faculty member in the Department of Management at Baylor University since 1999 and is also an alumnus of both the BBA and MBA programs from the Hankamer School of Business. She is currently the director of the McBride Center for International Business. Carlson’s role is to develop and expand global education for the Business School.
Carlson is the holder of the H.R. Gibson Chair of Organizational Development. Her research interests focus on the interface of the work and family domains. She has more than 100 publications in top peer-reviewed journals. She is the winner of several prestigious awards in the field, including being named in the top 25 scholars in work-family research.
