MBA Accelerated Programs
Earn Your MBA Sooner.
Qualified Baylor University students pursuing a BBA in Accounting, BS in Mechanical Engineering, or BS in Environmental Science may be eligible to begin work toward a Master of Business Administration (MBA) while completing their undergraduate degree through Baylor's Accelerated Programs.
This pathway creates a seamless transition from undergraduate study to graduate education. By combining advanced discipline-specific study with an MBA, students make progress toward both degrees while developing the leadership, analytical, and strategic business skills needed to lead with confidence in a rapidly changing world.
How the MBA Accelerated Program Works
Rather than taking MBA courses as seniors, students complete approved graduate-level coursework within their current academic discipline while finishing their bachelor's degree.
After earning their undergraduate degree, students transition into Baylor's Graduate Business Programs beginning in the summer term. They then complete the MBA curriculum alongside their cohort, gaining the leadership, analytical, and strategic business skills needed to excel in today's complex business environment. The program concludes with a professional internship during the second summer, providing valuable real-world experience before graduation.
This structure allows students to build deep expertise in their chosen field while accelerating their path to an MBA and expanding their career opportunities.
