IMPACT - Corporations
IMPACT is a selective, immersive consulting program designed to develop high-performing sophomores, juniors, and MBAs interested in a consulting career into industry-ready professionals through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world application. In addition to classroom learning, IMPACT places students directly in consulting engagements where they collaborate in teams, solve complex business problems, and build the analytical, communication, and client-facing skills expected by top firms. Through close interaction with corporate partners, structured training, and experiential learning opportunities, students gain early exposure to the consulting industry while preparing themselves for success in this highly competitive recruiting environment.
Baylor is currently accepting a select group of founding advisors/partners who will establish the program and be part of shaping its future. For more detailed information view the corporate brochure link. Founding advisors/partners need to commit to the program no later than September 2026, with annual contributions due in January 2027.
