It is my honor to welcome you to this 2025 edition of our Baylor Department of Management report. As we reflect on the many blessings we have received here at Baylor, I am filled with gratitude for the steadfast support and dedication many of you have shown to our department. Your contributions have played a pivotal role in our continued growth and success, enabling us to advance our mission to fulfill God’s mandate to promote human flourishing through research, teaching and community.
As you read through this issue, I hope you will be inspired by the stories of our students, faculty and alumni who are living out our mission in diverse and impactful ways. Their achievements are a testament to the transformative power of a Christ-centered education.
