Student run. Staff coordinated. Faculty led. Angel funded.
The Baylor Angel Network (BAN) is an investor network that provides early-stage capital to strong entrepreneurial teams with developed products or services and early customer traction. Through experiential learning, BAN provides its student analysts with a deep understanding in startup funding and private company investing. Additionally, students are given a strong, close-knit community. The Baylor Angel Network strives to be the best early-stage investment network in the country by leveraging our unique student, investor and entrepreneur model.

Testimonials
“As an engineering student, the Baylor Angel Network provided a unique opportunity to step outside the technical realm and critically assess business models, interpret investor viewpoints, and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations. That growth, paired with mentorship from members, was foundational to my transition into consulting."
- Ian Smith, Accenture, BAN ‘20
"Joining the Baylor Angel Network as a pre-medical student was an amazing opportunity, enabling me to apply my STEM background outside of the classroom and instead to the evaluation of the start-up environment. Additionally, the mentoring I received from BAN members was influential in how I now view my future in medicine, as I was exposed to pathways beyond the traditional one. BAN was a phenomenal experience that greatly benefited my undergraduate education."
- Vineet Paidisetty, Baylor College of Medicine, BAN ‘24
