Residency Program
The traditional residency year is the second year of the two-year Army-Baylor MHA and MHA/MBA track. Students enrolled in the Executive Clinical Leadership (ECL) track (MHA or MHA/MBA) will complete the residency experience concurrent with the didactic year in San Antonio, Texas.
Students will have the opportunity to complete a residency year at one of our nation's leading hospitals. In the residency year, students will continue to develop their Army-Baylor program competencies.
