HR Southwest Conference
We encourage all Baylor HRM majors to attend the HR Southwest Conference in Fort Worth each fall.
The conference offers many student scholarships to cover registration fees, but students need to apply early for a scholarship.

"The HR Southwest Conference is an incredible experience for several reasons: first, your network will grow exponentially. You'll get to meet an amazing group of professionals and students who want to mentor you, offer you a job or internship, and help you professionally develop. Secondly, it is a great learning experience. If you don't know exactly what you want to do in HR, or want to explore an area further, this conference lets you experience that hands-on. You'll hear all the latest updates from experienced professionals. Finally, the conference is a lot of fun and FREE for students through a sponsorship.
