Program Experiences and Trips
Baylor’s Online MBA program values experiential learning and provides students with the opportunity to customize their MBA by incorporating an in-person residential experience. We firmly believe that while our program is 100% online, students should have the option to customize their learning experience with interactive, on-the-road opportunities beyond the virtual classroom.
By the end of the residency, they know the jobs that other people have and some of the challenges, and they start talking offline about it. They're staying at the same hotel, they're working, they're going to dinner together, so by the end of this class they really have developed that bond.
