Executive Presence
Executive Presence is key to your success as a leader. That’s why the EMBA at Baylor puts special emphasis on developing your ability to communicate effectively, inspire confidence, create a strong culture, and operate with integrity.
Our program incorporates learning opportunities specifically around presentation skills, story-telling, crucial conversation skills, and design thinking skills.
Career Development
Strengthen your emotional intelligence and leadership ability through our particular emphasis on career development. Students have access to schedule one-on-one sessions with a dedicated Baylor Career Services professional as well as Career Center resources. These resources will help you translate the skills you gain from your MBA into actionable career next steps.
