Degree Plans
Administrative Residency Track (ART) - This degree plan includes a paid 9-month executive administrative residency at a progressive healthcare organization such as a hospital or health system. This degree plan takes just under 22 months to complete and is intended for early careerists seeking executive roles in health management.
Pre-Clinical Track (PCT) – This degree plan is designed for students who wish to complete a healthcare MBA prior to attending an advanced clinical degree program (e.g., MD, DO, PA, DPT, DDS, PharmD). This option takes just under 12 months to complete and serves as a gap-year experience for those pursuing advanced clinical training. This PCT is intended for those wishing to develop business and management acumen to supplement their future clinical training.

A group of Healthcare MBA students from the Hankamer School of Business (HSB) joined core MBA students on a week-long international trip to Berlin, Germany, in October, organized by the McBride Center for International Business. In 2018, Steven Davis became the fifth member of his family to attend Baylor.
