The Robbins Healthcare MBA combines the quantitative strengths of an MBA with a specialized, experiential learning and competency-based curriculum focused on the healthcare industry.
Baylor offers two degree plans in Healthcare Administration:
Administrative Residency Track
The Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration Specialization, Administrative Residency Track provides those who possess a passion for serving others with the requisite quantitative and qualitative skills to prepare them for early career executive positions in health industry organizations.
The Administrative Residency Track (ART) includes a paid, 9-month administrative residency where students complete rotations and work through high-level projects at the senior executive level in a progressive healthcare organization. Students receive guidance from their preceptor as they apply theories acquired in the classroom in a real-world setting. Students complete both the classroom portion and administrative residency within 22-months.

Healthcare Administration Degree Plan
Pre-Clinical Track
The Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration Specialization, Pre-Clinical
Track (PCT), is intended for students who wish to complete an MBA with a healthcare specialization
the year prior to attending an advanced clinical degree program (MD, DO, PA, DPT, DDS, PharmD,
etc).
The Pre-Clinical Track (PCT) is an opportunity for eligible students to earn an MBA with Healthcare Specialization in one-year. Eligible students include those who plan to attend an advanced clinical education program (e.g., medical school, dental school, physical therapy school) after completion of the MBA in Healthcare.
By Earning the MBA with Healthcare Specialization, you would:
