"When I was evaluating programs, I immediately saw that Baylor gave me the flexibility I needed with a top-level curriculum. It also had the clout that comes with a degree from Baylor."
— Roger Moore, Marine Aviation Ordnance officer

Online learning. Real relationships.

As a Baylor MBA student, you'll connect with classmates across industries and geographies who share your commitment to growth and leadership. You'll learn alongside professionals who challenge your thinking, expand your perspective, and become part of your professional network long after graduation.

And that network extends beyond your cohort. With more than 160,000 Baylor alumni worldwide, you'll join a community committed to helping one another succeed.

After attending one of the international immersive trips, alongside MBA in Dallas students, Baylor Online MBA student, Monica Marcum said:

“I wanted the opportunity to meet classmates in person and experience something that felt immersive and memorable,” she said. “I hoped this trip would give me the sense of community and connection that I thought I might miss by being in an online program.”
— Monia Marcum, Privacy Officer, University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC)

A Baylor MBA develops more than business knowledge.

Grounded in faith and guided by integrity, the Online MBA challenges you to become a leader of character who can navigate complexity, inspire others, and create lasting value. You'll strengthen your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and make decisions that serve both your organization and your community.

The result isn't simply a new credential. It's a new perspective on leadership and the confidence to make a greater impact wherever you're called to serve.

"I work in healthcare, and the Baylor name is a big deal. It is highly ranked, aligns with my faith, and is not too far away. It just hit all the marks for me."
— Kristina Dill-Wilfon, Supply Chain Integration Manager, The Resource Group

“

Having grown up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I was already familiar with Baylor’s strong reputation for excellence and its faith-based foundation. Those factors, combined with the program’s structure and flexibility, aligned well with both my personal and professional goals, ultimately leading me to pursue an Online MBA at Baylor.
