Professional Summary
David Muntz is an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA Program, teaching two healthcare information technology leadership courses. He is a principal at StarBridge Advisors LLC and has served as CEO, CIO and SVP at various organizations. Additionally, Muntz was the first principal deputy national coordinator and CIO at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information. Muntz has led teams of up to 770 members with budgets exceeding $500 million, successfully implementing various health information technologies, including EHRs and ERPs from major vendors. He has also served on over 25 advisory councils and boards across business, government, university and membership organizations.
