Alumni Highlights

What stood out to me about the Baylor MBA in Dallas program was how aware the faculty and staff were of the competing pressures faced by executive students, and how consistently supportive they were in helping us navigate them.

I was really pleased that Baylor was going to provide not only a really strong business training, but that it was going to be focused on Christian ethics and values, knowing that that's a huge part of why I'm drawn to the work that I do every day.

Faculty Spotlight

Paul Mason, Ph.D., CPA
Associate Professor of Accounting, Plumhoff Endowed Chair in Accounting

When you learn from Paul Mason, you're learning from a CPA, finance researcher, and former tax manager who brings real-world experience into every discussion. His expertise in private equity, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions helps Baylor MBA students connect financial decisions to broader business strategy. Mason challenges students to think critically about how organizations create value. As he puts it, private equity is about "creating value through influencing the management of these companies", a perspective that helps students see beyond the numbers and lead with greater strategic insight.

Hannah Stolze, Ph.D.
William E. Crenshaw Chair of Supply Chain Management

When you learn from Hannah Stolze, you're learning from a globally recognized supply chain leader, Fulbright Scholar, and former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Supply Chain Management. Her experience spans international business, sustainability, and organizational strategy, giving Baylor MBA students a broader perspective on how supply chains shape business performance around the world.

Drawing on both global consulting work and military service, Stolze challenges students to think beyond operations and consider the people, values, and long-term impact behind every business decision. Her approach helps students develop the strategic insight needed to lead complex organizations, create sustainable value, and make a meaningful difference wherever their careers take them.

Ann Mirabito, Ph.D.
Professor of Marketing

When you learn from Ann Mirabito, you're learning from an internationally recognized marketing scholar and former executive whose research on consumer well-being and healthcare marketing has appeared in leading publications including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Mayo Clinic Proceedings

Drawing on leadership experience with organizations such as Frito-Lay, Time Life Books, and the Federal Reserve Board, Mirabito helps Baylor MBA students connect marketing strategy to meaningful impact. Her approach challenges students to think beyond the marketplace and focus on how organizations create value, build trust, and improve lives.
