Dr. Allison Ferro is a registered professional nurse and an Assistant Professor at the MHA/MBA Army Baylor Graduate Program starting in 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science. Dr. Ferro is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Nurse Corps, serving since 2008 in various clinical, administrative, and leadership roles.

Dr. Ferro is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Board-Certified Nurse Executive. Her research experience includes: health systems, historical perspectives, post-traumatic growth, and combat casualty care.
