David Coe began his career in 2015 with the Missouri Department of Transportation in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he served as a senior talent development specialist and later as employee development manager. In 2020, he moved to the Missouri Office of Administration where he served as director of talent development. Following this, he moved to Texas in 2021 and began his work at Baylor University as the associate director of student services for the Online MBA program.
