Elisha Joyce, JD

Professional Summary

Elisha Joyce is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. She regularly teaches Intro to Entrepreneurship and Starting and Managing a Small Business. A licensed attorney by trade, she has spent more than three decades as a serial entrepreneur, founding and scaling multiple ventures across real estate, food and media. Most notably, as co-founder and managing partner of Relish Division, LLC, she launched and scaled a boutique culinary production agency specializing in digital media campaigns for globally recognized culinary brands. Prior to Relish, she founded Rebel Grain, LLC, a personal brand and CPG platform where she launched SmartyBars, an organic snack line she took from her personal kitchen recipe to market. A self-published cookbook author, culinary expert and media talent, she has made regular appearances on local live television, been featured in national brand campaigns and was cast from thousands as a contestant on the NBC primetime reality show Food Fighters.  

Joyce currently serves as Executive Director of Care Net Pregnancy Center of Central Texas, the largest front-line, pro-life nonprofit in Central Texas, where she is leading a team of 25+ through a period of strategic growth and expanding community impact. She is committed to developing effectual entrepreneurs who lead with both competence and character, integrating her experience across business, law and nonprofit leadership to prepare students to step fully into their personal calling.  

She received her JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA in both Sociology and Political Science from Gonzaga University.
