Erica Ancira is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics at Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. Her teaching focuses on business software applications, data visualization and data-driven decision-making using Excel, with an emphasis on developing practical, workforce-ready analytical skills. She also serves as an adjunct lecturer in Finance, where she teaches real estate investments and the use of ARGUS Enterprise software.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience in higher education, Ancira integrates academic rigor with applied industry insight.
