Holly Jahrmarkt began her career in education in 1995 as an elementary school teacher, working in both public and private schools before teaching as an adjunct instructor in the Education Department at McLennan Community College. Holly joined the Hankamer School of Business Undergraduate Programs Office in 2017, serving as an academic advisor. Now, she oversees the Baylor Business Scholars Program, which includes recruitment, student engagement, programming, developing new initiatives, the Scholars Mentor Program, Scholars study abroad experience and managing the four-year experience for Business Scholars.
