Professional Summary
Inez A. Hayes began her career in telecom as a customer service associate at Nortel Networks in Richardson, Texas. Inez then became president of Southwest Telecom, in Waco, Texas, where she managed operations. She returned to school and completed her MBA in 2009 with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from American Military University. She transitioned into education, teaching and leading teams across Dallas, Garland, and Wylie ISDs, ending her career in K-12 as an instructional design facilitator for 6-12 English/Language Arts. Inez advanced into instructional design and faculty support, joining Baylor University in 2022 to lead curriculum innovation for Graduate Business Programs while also teaching Business Communications. She earned a PhD in Higher Education Administration at Liberty University, focusing on equity, student success and institutional leadership.
