Lupinacci's career began in manufacturing, where he excelled in various roles, including a significant tenure at Intel Corporation, where he revolutionized their financial processes, yielding over $10 million in savings. Transitioning into IT, he led a global project that delivered a $20 million ROI by managing a 50-person software development team to create and implement innovative automated systems that transformed financial operations. Lupinacci further expanded his expertise in human resources, managing global HR operations in Asia and transforming employee engagement and leadership development in Japan.
