Kassie Fehr

Professional Summary
Kassie Fehr, MBA, CPA, is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Business Law. Fehr obtained her BBA in Accounting at Harding University and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Fehr joined Baylor University in 2024, where she teaches Intermediate Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Audit.
Prior to academia, Fehr worked for the United States Government as a contracting officer. She later worked for Deloitte Government and Public Services as a consultant working with government clients.
Fehr also founded Pamoja Ministries, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to reducing maternal mortality and empowering Maasai girls through education initiatives in Tanzania. Pamoja Ministries’ work began while Fehr served as a missionary in Tanzania from 2020-2022, and she continues to serve as executive director and chair of the Board of Directors.
