Professional Summary
Prior to starting her career at Baylor, Kelly Gould taught English in China, an experience that shaped her interest in global education and international volunteering. Since joining Baylor in 2010, she has worked in Undergraduate Admissions, served as an academic advisor in the School of Engineering and Computer Science, and taught as an adjunct professor in the Department of Communication. She currently serves as associate director of operations for the Online MBA program, supporting professional online students throughout their academic journey.
