Lara Vaughan has served the Graduate Business Programs since July 2019. With a commitment to fostering collaborative partnerships, Vaughan works closely with faculty, staff, students and campus leadership to streamline operations, enhance student experiences, and ensure the successful execution of department administration processes. Before joining Baylor, Vaughan built a 20-year successful career in the commercial construction industry, managing complex projects, cross‑functional teams, and multimillion‑dollar timelines, as well as building and selling several businesses.
