Professional Summary
Laura Lalani started her career in public school education as a middle and high school teacher before teaching as an adjunct instructor in the Education Department at McLennan Community College for several years. A proud Baylor alumna, Lalani joined the Undergraduate Programs Office in 2016. Now, she oversees student success initiatives for the Hankamer School of Business, including programs such as Business Scholars and the Billington Peer Leader Program that support student engagement, recruitment and retention. Lalani also manages the Undergraduate Programs Office operations and coordinates major events for current and prospective students.
