Marion Palomino serves as Office Manager in Baylor University’s Department of Accounting and Business Law. She holds a B.S. in Education from Baylor and brings over 20 years of experience across higher education, K–12 and media. In her current role, she oversees the department’s academic and administrative operations, including budgeting, course scheduling, student employment, faculty onboarding and the coordination of employer engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Baylor, Palomino worked as a Communication Specialist and Development Specialist with Waco ISD, where she coordinated scholarships, grants and large-scale fundraising initiatives. She also has experience in advertising coordination with the Waco Tribune-Herald.
