Professional Summary
Pam Bailey has more than 20 years of experience in academic advising at Baylor University and has been a member of the Undergraduate Programs team since 2007. In her current role, she certifies all Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees, advises students pursuing the Business Administration minor and provides academic advising for current BBA students. In 2024, Pam established the Cap and Gown Closet to support graduating seniors with financial need, helping ensure they could participate in commencement ceremonies.
