Professional Summary
Pam Weatherman began her career at Baylor University in 2015 as an office manager for the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. She later served as graduate program coordinator for the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders for two years. In 2018, she transitioned into academic advising within Robbins College. In 2021, she joined the Hankamer School of Business as an academic advisor and was promoted to senior academic advisor in 2022. Prior to her time at Baylor, Pam dedicated 10 years to the Children’s Ministry at First Baptist Church Woodway.
